Where are you located?

We are based in Cambridge. Full address details and directions are provided upon booking confirmation.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on the driveway for clients travelling by car.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online via our booking system or by contacting us directly.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. A consultation is required for most treatments to assess suitability, discuss your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and other standard payment methods. A 20% deposit of your treatment is required to secure your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge.

Do you operate a Challenge 25 policy?

Yes. If you appear under 25, valid photographic ID may be required before treatment can proceed.

What should I do when I arrive?

Please press the buzzer located to the left of the gate on arrival. If you are driving, you are welcome to park on the driveway. As we do not have a waiting area, we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle until your appointment time.

Do you offer patch tests?

Yes, patch tests are required for certain treatments such as laser tattoo removal and will be carried out prior to treatment.

Are treatments suitable for everyone?

Suitability varies by treatment and is assessed during consultation, including a full medical history review.
